Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Grace Home Collection pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
- Porcelain and fragile items must be securely packaged for return shipping
How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
